Alright f-er you made your point j/k I'm SLOW... Actually my excuse is good, my machine shop is 600 miles away. The fact I changed some of my machine shop plans didn't help ether. Lets not forget I rebuilt a 4l80e at the same time and remodeled my work bench.. lol

You and me both..
I got my push rods in on one head. I went with the 7.35 length rods which netted me about .073 preload, or one full turn to seat the rocker.
Head gasket and reverse apply pin should be in my hot little fingers later today. Hopefully soon...

Default Now, this is a steam tube!

Well I didn't get much done. I did get the other head bolted down. And the Super-de-duper steam tube done...





The blue tube is 3/8's that should flow more coolent than the oem one...



It may not be any better, but it can't hurt...

Hopfully there is enough circulation from the pump to keep the rear tubes from developing air lockes...

I like the way that turned out. Nice work. And I thought the only Wilde tubing work on the engine would be the methanol setup. Whats next.

Hmmm..NEver seen any motor have a problem with the stock tubes.
