I do have to adjust it
The 99+ axles have the spring perch at a different angle than 88-98 so the pinion is off about 3*

Started stripping the front clip today

Y'all said you wanted more pictures. So I'll give em to you.
You have to cut the epoxy that adheres the inner bracing to the hood skin then use vise grips to peel back the edges and release the brace. Then fold the edge back over. It's not easy. It sucks. Would have been easier to buy a fiberglass hood but then you have body work to do and I hate body work.
Plus this is a shoe string budget. We're talking $4000 including the price of the truck $2500. So I have to bring out the hot rod spirit and make sacrifices to the speed gods.
