Normally
grind off all the rivets
Replace driveshaft
Replace fuel tank
Relocate axle 14" forward
Shorten brake line
Move 2nd bed mounts forward 2.5"
Cut out and reweld shock crossmembers 14" forward
Your frame should be Plated for it already.
Cut off exhaust and shorten 14"
Remove 16.5" I believe off the back of the frame
I'm doing a 2 link so no welding required

Oh
And you have to remove the bottom side support from the front hanger and it's your choice if you want to reuse it or not. And there's a support on the underside of the rear hanger that'll need to be cut or remove the rivet.
You'll need 16-30 1/2" grade 8! GRADE 8 1" long bolts, washers, lock washers, and nuts.
Once you pull your front hanger you can change your hanger height, adjust pinion angle, etc.
I moved my front hanger 1.5" forward and 1" up so my 2 link can be parallel and 1.5" longer. If it doesn't hook hard enough I can shorten it.

That effects me since I work on my truck in the street in front of my house
No shade

Thanks for the positive feedback. I still have to get new tires and gut my front clip. Went to the scale and was 3500 with me in it (165lbs) and half a tank Of gas. Didn't lose as much weight as it felt. Wondering if the scale was off as it was my exit weight from the scrapper.
Still shooting for 2700lbs race weight.
