Default 03rcsb build

Figured I'd throw up a project thread to keep track of my progress and get some pointers when I'm stuck or screwed something up.

Truck is an 03 rcsb with the 5.3l. The outside is about as complete as I would want it except for maybe a grill swap to the 05 and up style but thats it. The only things done for the "Go" department is a catback and volant intake.

This has been my daily driver for almost 4 years now and i'm looking into getting myslf a new daily and start to play with this one. HSW black friday sale was too much resist and that got the ball rolling. Picked up whats listed below in the past few months.

HSW 78mm Plate kit
HSW Purge Kit
HSW Nitrous Filter
HSW Remote Bottle Opener
HSW Bottle Heater
HSW Micro Edge Controller
Nitrous Outlet Switch Panel
Nitrous Outlet FPSS
Aeroforce Fuel Pressure Sensor
Aeroforce Nitorus Pressure Sensor
Aeroforce Wideband Kit
PT.net Electric Fans (From a member)
Tru Cool Trans Cooler

Nothing above is installed, although I do have the Aeroforce gauges in. Longtubes and a tune are going to be working their way on to the above list before I start installing. Im not sure it even worth doing anything to the stock 60e because it seems is gonna kaboom regardless so I just might go straight to a junkyard 80e and save myself the hassle. Below are some pics of my many deliveries.

I started off today with a mount for the Micro Edge controller in the overhead pocket.

That's it for now but hopefully get some more progress soon when I pick up a daily.

Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah the cold weather didn't help out and the texture is normally finer but if it really bothers me ill do it over...only takes about 2 hours to bang one out

Looks good, I'm the last guy to say this...but, color match the chrome bar in your grill. Much cleaner IMO
