That's a good looking exhaust, and the truck is awesome as well. Keep up the good work!

Same here, it’s a pain cutting plumb lines, filing, beveling, etc. especially with pie cuts.

DS902 but you will need some Allstar spacers for the attachment points.

Hood number 2. This is the only hood I found that I actually like. The first one ordered from JC Whitney arrived with seven dents on the top. I bought this one from Summit and showed up flawless. There are slight alignment issues with the driver front but that will get worked out. Also adding a pic of the Street Scene 3 piece bed rails and tailgate spoiler. Everything will be painted once the truck is running.

Did you have to paint or powder coat your Z06 brake calipers black or is there a part number for them? I can find GM OEM in red, silver and yellow on ebay. Thanks in advance.

I finally finished the entire exhaust system with Cerakote coatings with their highest temp material at 2000 degrees. I'm impressed with how this stuff lays on the surface. Even when I was a little heavy while spraying in the beginning, it didn't run or drip.

The key is the prep. I smoothed everything out with a sanding disk. Then sand blasted. I don't have access to a big oven so I spent hours washing all parts and scrubbing with a brilo pad "Greenie Weenie". Wiped everything down multiple times with acetone.

If this stuff stands up to the heat/cycles, I'll be spraying the Kooks on the CTS-V and the Thunder Header on the Dyna.

Got the new front and rear drive shafts from Drive Shaft Specialist in Texas. They have amazing customer service. They built them to my specs in a couple of days and shipping was quick. I think now the weak point in the driveline is the front and rear diffs.

Those of you running the big radiator and the LS3 water pump, I found this Gates radiator hose to fit almost perfectly. Gates P/N 22147.

The Hellwig solid front sway bar compared to the stock bar. The Hellwig is beafy as hell weighing 35lbs and the stock bar weighed 11lbs.

Also finishing up the front end with new Moog HD pitman, idler arm, idler support and these bad *** Kryptonite 1/2 ton tie rods.

In the middle of the SS project I decided to drop my girls 2011 Tahoe with a Belltech kit w/ shocks from NorcalSS. I gave her my gloss black 24" Sierra reps as well.

The steering and suspension collection between the two trucks. I also came across a pair of stock sway bars from another nnbs Tahoe for $25. Plan to put the rear on the SS.
