Those clamps seem to work pretty good. I replaced a few with the Torca style clamps which also worked well. V-Bands everywhere is the the answer, but I need a lift like you!

Y pipe and X pipe are speed engineering setup. Then resonators custom, and speed the rest. Pretty basic setup that you could modify if you bought it.

Not sold on the effort to weld all V bands. If I fabbed the exhaust, that would likely been the plan.

Slapped a new belt on and spaced idler pulley about 1/16" out to get perfect gap on both sides.

Belt is 2.5" shorter and truck now hits ~13psi at 6300 shift points. It is an absolute monster compared to what if was before the 8rib.

Only lingering issue is the AC belt keeps jumping off the pulley. I bought HD belt thinking it might help, first time it hopped was last night. I have another new belt that's .5" shorter than stock I am going to try as well.

Anybody with blower have that issue?

Yeah.... I even replaced the AC tensioner. Condenser spins freely, but thinking maybe it needs replaced. Everything else has already been replaced. Only remaining variable.

Long time coming..... Been enjoying the truck all year and haven't really posted anything.

Just wrapped up tubular LCA control arms and coilovers for the front to finish off suspension. Snowballed into new uppers, and new drop spindles as well, because the LCA balljoints hit the McGs. Got apart, and frame was so dirty I had to sand and paint it all to feel better. Ended up pretty solid, just need to get to alignment shop now. I'll get a better stance picture in the daytime, this was first drop.

Back from alignment shop. Damn, this thing rides like a dream compared to before. Worth every penny! Wheel is slightly off, so I'm going to go back eventually for them to adjust. Drives so much better, and stance is PERFECT.

Next up, is dialing in the rear suspension to hook a little better, then possible 15" conversion so I can find some DRs that will get me out of the hole
