Yup, it's an '86 Si out of California. It hurts to drive it this winter, it's it's first. But it ranks 3 out of my vehicles so it gets the short end this year.

Bone stock, I just put these $20 aluminum Acura wheels on for the winter for the winter tires that I bought.

I went snowmobiling in Finland, MN last weekend. 4 hours north. The truck did awesome locked in 3rd gear at 65mph up the highway. We got 5 sleds in the trailer, totaling somewhere around 2,000lbs plus trailer weight. Merging onto the highway wasn't a problem, still managed to do it at full speed. (why do normal cars merge at 55?)

That's a nice trailer, your truck looks good to. What kind of sled do you ride ?

Thanks, it's my dad's. I have a 2003 MXZ Rev 600. Along with a '75 John Deere 400 and '80 Ski Doo Everest (also in there). It was a vintage ride we went to.

Couple little updates. The 14 bolt is not assembled or installed yet. I added a resonator in addition to the Magnaflow in the exhaust and it's now perfect. Going to a dyno day on May 31 and shooting to get over 800whp. The last time it was dyno'd was 17psi on E85, made 780. Planning to get it bumped up to 20psi soon once I go back to E85 for the summer.

A couple action shots of the trailer pull during the winter.

A separate trip to a friend's cabin, no trailer. Blizzaks ftw. I managed to get up his unplowed driveway with tire ruts on each side, frame dragging crusty snow the whole way. I was very surprised.

Friend gave me an engine cover from a 1996 Chevy diesel. I'm going to paint it and make some mounts to fit in here.

I also worked on a few other projects; re-decked my dad's car trailer, mounted a tool box on the front, built a spare tire mount, and soon I'll be mounting a winch and deep cycle in the tool box.

Teaser post: 14 bolt axle is in, the rear of my 2 piece drive shaft is larger with 1350's now (out of an astro van actually), I upped the boost from 17, to 20psi, truetrac differential is awesome, 15x10 rear wheels are installed with 295/65/15 Mickey Thompson ET Streets (29.5") and I'm heading to the track tomorrow (Wednesday) after work.

We'll see what happens! Last year's best on 20" street tires aired up to 32psi (no traction) was 12.8 sec and 123mph. Lots of recent changes so I'm hoping to see some results.

I'll try to get some pictures of everything up soon. I haven't had a lot of time to sit around on the computer lately.
