Measuring for the new belt.... Actually had people on Instagram ask me about where I got this "belt" from lol.

 

All the cold side and dowpipe material came in...

Is that powedercoating on your alternator bracket or paint? I only asked since I powdercoated mine and neglected to think about how the bare bracket provides the ground for it. Had to run a dedicated ground strap to the block instead from one of the mounting bolts.

 

Yes it’s all sch 10 1.5 inch 304 stainless. Even the flanges are ½ thick 304 stainless machined for the sch10 1.5 weld els

 

Yeah they are powder coated... I run a Mechman alternator so it has a big stud on the case for extra grounding which I took advantage of.

 

Went with a Beans Diesel sump this go around... love this little sump, easy to install and is super low profile so doesn't even hang below the frame.
