Yeah that I was not sure of so I just went with the 14-18 lb cap but think the camaros use a 21 or 27lb cap ill have to look into it. I have had this setup for a few weeks now and raced it several times since then with no issues so for now its fine ill have to see how it does in warmer conditions. This setup is new to me its the first time i have changed up the cooling system on these ls trucks so its a learn as I go type thing lol.

Got my Jegs coolant overflow tank in today and mounted it up. Pretty easy and straight forward. Not gonna be its final location but for now it works and is out of the way. It doesn't leak or overflow or anything if your wondering why its wet underneath it I just washed my truck when I took the pics.

Well got my PW66 wastegate and feed/return lines in today. Going to start on the hot side this weekend! I really wanted Kyle to do the hot side but to get it to fit where I want it to and not really for sure if a log will work I'm gonna build the hot side with a few buddies of mine who are welder/fabricators. Will see how it turns out lol

This is what I'm working with with the intake taken out... Not sure if i want to do a log or individual headers. I have a whole bunch of material from ACE Stainless all schedule 10 304 stainless as well as 1 ¾ exhaust flanges that were machined to fit the schedule 10 1.5 pipe. Either way I decide to go i def want to make it as clean as possible and route the driver side behind the engine. Not sure if ill have room for the downpipe. Im gonna be running a 5 inch downpipe with a Flo-Pro 5 inch turbo back Duramax exhaust. The muffler is prob gonnna be a Burns Stainless muffler if its too loud.

Ill go ahead and say no way will you fit a 5" dp with a rear crossover...maybe if you smash the pipe, but I just dont see it happening. Just not enough room between the body, frame, and engine/trans.

It's gonna be tight but will see and you might be right I might have to do something creative but still gonna try it out and see what I can come up with.
