Default Small DRY SHot ...before mass or after

Zex says never mount dry shot before mass air flow device...thinking about putting an very small shot and already have a an older zex kit but really not wanting to use the managment box ...was thinking about tapping the end of the cone air filter and running it through the mass/ maff...therefore bypasing their FMU....any thought on this ? putting a 35 pill which is rated 65HP shot on a V6 so probably smaller HP on a V8,(they dont have a jet for 50HP shot so iam guessing with the 35Pill), but not wanting anything over a 75 shot preferably like staying around a 50 shot...anybody done this or must i use the vacume box / mounts to fuel pressure regulator and mount it after the mass in the air pipe?

Before with the a dry shot, after with the wet shot, because you have fuel to compensate it with the wet shot..

Before the mass air meter. Keep in mind nozzle movement can alter tyhe tune. I would either suggest taking the zex dry nozzle and cutting the tip off and then place it in the end of the filter. A better option would be to ditch the nozzle and go to our distribution ring. It will completley fog the air intake making sure the mass air meter always sees the same flow path.

Another option, had you kept on the path of spray, would have been to use our Interface controller and go post maf. Then you won't even have to worry about dialing in the nozzle position to obtain optimum a/f.
