Default pulling fuel for nitrous with a custom fuel system

I found a great deal on a used nitrous kit. Right now I have the stock feed lines, to -6an line, to the back for my fuel rail, -6 crossover, out the rear fuel rail to the FPR then back to the stock return. I do not have a test port to pull fuel from. what are my options?

How is your stock fuel rail hooked to the -6? With an adapter?

Maybe this can work for your depending how your fuel line is set up. You would always run a Y or maybe a T off the -6?

From what I understand. Your fuel rail has a -6an male and your feed line has a -6 female end. The easiest solution would be to use an adapter like this:

Russell 670340 Russell AN Female to AN Male Adapter Fittings with Pressure Gauge Port

Screw an 1/8" NPT Male to -3an fitting like this:

Aeroquip AN to NPT Adapter Fittings FBM2000 - SummitRacing.com

and just run a -3an line from there to wherever your fuel solenoid will be mounted

I have aftermarket fuel rails. The fpr is after the rails. Does the nitrous need to be referenced with the fpr? There is a 1/8 npt gauge port on the fpr but I have my gauge on it. Could I get a y and split it at that port?

Nitrous Outlet Online Catalog 6AN Manifold With Single 1/8 NPT Ports (Includes 1/8 NPT Plug)

a swivel manifold would work as well. You could come off the 1/8 port on it with a fitting for the fuel solenoid

So that would go in the fuel line before the fpr? Doesn't the fuel need to be referenced? Or will it be okay since the rails are still at the right fuel pressure?

it will be referenced if you are tapping into the rail

Ok. I have my fuel system parts here and going to start the install soon. One question I do have is the nitrous solenoid is attached to the bottle. Will this cause an issue when I first activate the system? I can take a pic tomorrow to show what I'm talking about.

Very weird, unless it's a 2lb bottle that u want to mount in the engine bay?

If is a reg 10lb bottle I have no idea why anyone would have the noid like that. It might be a safety one and a sec noid in the engine bay that actually sprays. Or another far guess is it's an electric bottle opener not a nitrous noid.

Pics please
