I FINALLY got my bottle filled and went to test out my new plate kit with this controller. with the system armed and cruising around at about 2000 rpm, it has a slight surge that I can feel while trying to keep it at a steady rpm. it showed up on my efi log too. I have it set to come on WOT at 4.2 volts on my tps wire off the DBW harness, and widow of 3000 and off at 6800, with the tach wire tapped in at the pcm white wire that goes to the cluster. I also noticed with the system off that my rpm on one of my last track logs drops to 0 rpm a few times down the 1/8th mile run, I was running N/A . I havent ran it at the track yet to run it with the kit, I just wanted to see if I had any bugs before I went. its like I have interferance going back to the pcm from this controller. the tps is fine when the system is off. log attached, the short WOT hit was a 75 shot n2o outlet plate. just before the WOT part is the surge I felt.
thanks

On the juice if you don't purge you will go fat for a moment wile the heated nitrous is purged out. Doesn't sound like your problem but might be.
A more likely sitiuation is that you messed the wire up when you hooked into the white wire. Sounds like it is loose in the conector or you possibly cut a few strands when you spliced in your signal wire.

it was on my first log, but the one I posted was all purged out. and the wiring is perfect, I am a professional. I am a diesel tech for isuzu/gm medium duty and am knee deep in electrical problems everyday. it has to be the controller. it is back feeding voltage into the signal wire some how. I just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem.

Eric... running diodes may help the problem to keep the voltage from coming back to the signal wire! try it, but if not im sure dave or someone up there can help ya out for sure... they may have had the same problem already?!
