Default 'nother n00b

Heya,

My names Jason, im 17, live in a killer small town in Missouri and own an '89 Chevy Stepside. With the TBI <- 5.7L

APEARANCE MODS:

-4" drop in the back, 2" in the front
-17" Eagle Alloy (Cragar style) and 245/47/17's which add another
1 1/2" drop all around, equivelling a 5 1/2" rear and 3 1/2" front.
-Custom one off billet stepside inserts; hand cut out of brushed stock
(thank you Mr.Plasma)
-All Trim and eblems (except grill) shaved.
-Talgate shaved
-Roll pan
-Billet Grill
-Billet emblem
-Truck is sprayed '02 Chevy black
-Purple Phanton Phlames all over front clip
-Custom one off tail light covers

INTERIOR DRESS UP/MODS:

-Pioeneer head unit and component speakers
-Polished billet dash/instrument cluster inserts
-Pull out cup holder (like in the SS 454 Trucks)
-Overhead console wrapped to match interior

Engine/Go Fast Mods:

-K&N filter
-Throttle Body Spacer
-Hypertec Thermo-Runner Chip
-Flowmaster Cat-Backs <-
-Original 700r4 AOD w/Shiftkit (barks 2nd @ 40MPH and 3rd @ 70MPH)

FUTURE PLANS:

-LS1+? (cash restrictions) build up
-Turbo
-True Duals
-3.73's
-Bucket Seats
-R compound tires

Not nearly as nice as a lot of the trucks on here, but its clean, no one thinks its as old as it is, and it beats allllll the lil ricers around here. I dont know my HP numbers or ET, but a track visit is in the oh-so-near future. I live in a small town in southwestern Missouri (70 Miles East of Springfield Mo) and the only vehicle in the neighboring small towns that can beat me is a '94 Mustang GT that the owner says is pushing just over 330RHWP but ive never seen a dyno sheet so i dunno...

Although i dont know a LOT about LS1's I have built one of my own and helped on about a dozen, i just dont know all of the specs and such as you guys do off the top of my head, so i hope to help if i can and get help from you guys on my LS1 or better project and am open to any and all suggestions of ways to hop up my current engine till cash permits for the real motor.

-Jason
