Hello guys I live in the Austin area..and Im in need in some advice and help for a swap that im trying to do...

I got a 94 c1500 Reg Cab Stp Side V6/4l60 and for the swap I got a (03)LQ9/4L80 awd..my ??s r..can I use the same motor mounts,cross member and drive shaft??

 

Pretty sure the answer is no to all 3.

I think they make motor mount adpaters/brackets for you to buy, the crossmember will have to modded to work with a 4L80 or a new one built and the driveshaft will not be the correct length when using the 80e.

well wht if i use the same 4L60 so i dnt have to mess with the cross member n drive shaft?
