Pics of my truck

Here are some pictures of my Blazer. So far I just got the front windows tinted to match the rear ones and the tail lights. I guess I have non stock tires(235/75s) to if you count that as a mod.
Heres the day after I bought it:

Heres some current ones:

And Im in the market for a new hood.
Im looking for one in the same color so its cheaper than completely replacing it.

Heres some after a recent outing not to bad though:

And shes some what clean again:

Plans are to maybe lift it 4 inches or so, since I do ice fish that would be 4 inches higher to lift the shack. Also want to do exhaust and an intake.

i wish i could have a blazer for 4wheelin real bad, normally everytime i go in my old silvy i had like 4 ppl that wanted to go wit me lol, only thing i would want diff from yours is would be a 5spd, that would be ideal. but lift that thing throw some 32s on it and call it a day, that could be a sweet wheelin rig.... o i saw in the sig LS1 swap, go for it that would be so bad ***... i think Mater had an LS1 blazer

My mom has one Just like that. When she backs up in 4 wheel the 4.3 sounds like its rappin out with that factory exhaust.
As far as the swap goes, i say go for it. I dropped a 350 in my 89 s10 blazer 4x4 and its some serious fun when you go off road

I wont get to serious until I get another veichle. For now it will pretty much just be bolt ons. Maybe sometime in the future there will be a LS1 under the hood Im not quite sure.
Thanks for the comments.

Not trying to be a jerk... but I'd hold off from the mods for a while because you'll probably have to replace the intake gasket, waterpump, door pins and bushings, hubs. I used to be a GM tech and you could almost count on those things being bad on a blazer. Just keep an eye on them.

Waterpump: also not done yet
Door pins: done
Hubs: not yet but parts are bought.
And Im not one that my budget is so tight I can either mod it or fix it. If something breaks I have the money to replace it, I dont have to save up for expected repairs. And no I dont live at home with my parents. Not to be a Jerk though.

I was going to turbo mine but decided to go with the swap because It seemed easier than trying to squeeze all the piping in for the turbo. Of course mines an 89 and i don't think they have quite as much room.
As long as you have the 4.3 the swap is pretty much a breeze. But that's going with a Gen I Carb'd. Ls1 swap shouldn't be much more difficult considering the wiring on those is basically plug n go, as far as install goes.
With alot of really hard driving and tire spinning, the stock transmission lasted about 6-8 months. But it had over 150k miles on it and I had accidentally thrown it in reverse once @ 70mph with the 4.3 in it. I'd make it see 6k about 20 times a day. And I ran 30x9.50x15 A/T tires on it.
