He doesn't have skinnies for the front but on a local truck scale it weighed just over 3900 lbs witout driver and almost empty on fuel. It was not a certified scale tho, so it might be off a little.

dang thats light. My truck weighed in @ 4500lbs on a certified cat scale with the 80e and all the turbo crap and street trim w/o me in it.

Yeah I know for a fact that the 99's are lighter than the newer ones like yours and mine. I took the spare tire and the entire mounting system for it off, removed the overloads (about 20 lbs), removed the towing pkg, took out all the tire changing tools and jack, and also removed the extra braces we have under neath our trucks (one of the things the 99's dont even have!). Mine still weighed 4160 with an eighth of a tank of fuel on the same scale Jake was on. His truck was still a hundred pounds lighter than mine when he still had the iron block 5.3.
