First off quit using or at least quit posting the hp and tq values from efilive, you sound like an internet racer...
Second start using the airflow PIDs to gauge performance. The amount of air your motor injests directly translates to power... Simple fact... Also model you timing curve on your airflow (grams per cylinder).. more airflow = less timing. Less airflow = more timing. Pretty simple..
