I bought a bed from this guy almost 2 months ago. We agreed on a price and also in that price there was supposed to be insurnace with it..LONG STORY SHORT.. When we were talking prices i had contact with day to day.. Now that I have this bed that was infact damaged during shipping I am lucky to get a response 1 time in a week in a half. I am not bashing on him right yet, but it is getting me angry. He said the bed was insured by a 3rd party, that we was number 3 inline on the claim list. That was almost a month ago, still nothing other then I am going to get a refund.. Funny thing is that no agent has come to esstimate the damage on it so how much of a refund is it going to be.. Anyway anybody with his number or full name please give it to me. I think he works a shop, also another member on the board works there, the name of the shop is in his site name. I just can't think of it... i am getting pretty pissed off, from PM after PM with fukn **** other then excusses... Thanks

 

I know what you mean man, it pisses you off when someone won't respond to you! It might be time for you to bust some knee caps!

 

Man it really sucks to see a thread for good rating about a member and then have that same member have to make a thread where someone might be screwing him over right above it. Hope everything works out for you.

Just wanted to let you all know that TIM has made things right.. Still wasn't happy about all the pm's without a response but i am happy now that it is done.. Just took a longer then I would have liked.. So Tim thanks for making it rite..
