So the guy has always borrowed my EFI and Wideband locally to tune after mods. I'd always make sure it was available to him and he'd always have it back within a day or 2.
He made some plans to go to Peyton, Co and when he got there he sent me a txt saying he's running lean and wanted to know if i'd ship my stuff up there "at his expense" so he could tune it and send the stuff back.
Considering he's used it several times over the past year and a half that didn't seem like a big deal to me. Glad to help him out considering his recent personal events.
Sep 18th I ship it to him.
Sep 21st He texts me saying he received it.
Sep 26th I asked him if he's bout to wrap things up cuz I was needing it back soon. (no reply)
Sep 30th Asked again and he promptly responds saying "Yessir. Finishing up now actually. Can't thank you enough man".
I say No prob just let me know when you ship it.
Oct 5 I ask if he's had a chance to ship it (no reply)
Oct 7 again "Hey man. Not trying to nag but i really need that back. Let me know something. It only takes a few minutes to ship it". (no reply)
Tried calling several times and created this thread:

Also talked with Tyler who had been trying to get a hold of him with no luck.
Him being gone is NOT the reason listed in that thread. I was trying to be courteous and not put his business out in public, but we'll see how that turns out.
Oct 14 I sent another text asking him to call me. A few hours later Tyler texts me saying he got a hold of Danny and was told it would be shipped the next day. (thursday).
Here we are a week later and still no package.
and still out the shipping cost.
I have contacted EFI Live and they put a note on the Cable to make sure he doesn't try to buy Credits for it.
I'm also going to get the ball rolling on taking him to small Claims. I need the stuff back or I need money to replace it. Looks like he'll be making a trip back to Oklahoma sooner than he thought if he can't take 15 minutes off the sofa to ship my stuff.

He just posted on the boards within the past couple of days. Have you sent him any messages via internet (PMs or emails)? If you did, then he should've gotten a notification when he logged in.
If he saw the messages and hasn't made some attempt to contact you, that is pretty fucked up.

Damn hope you get things squared up man. One thing I hate more then **** taking to to long to get to me are when people do not return phone calls or messages.. That gets me hot.
