Ha ha, nah, I won't post his info. But I'm a dipsh!t farmer from Saskatchewan and I found all his info in about 4 minutes. This isn't GMFS, either. Don't need to get the Strike Team into this.

If I were looking for my dough, and knew that the GF was paying some people back, I'd probably give her a friendly call just to see if there's anything that she can do for you, especially since Scott is giving you the runaround. Nothing wrong with a friendly phone call...how did you get her info? Did he give it to you? If so, that makes her a contact in this matter I would think.
I like that you're not posting his contact info, that would be out of line IMO.

In that thread over on LS1 Tech where people were freaking out about not getting their intakes she signed in with his screen name, introduced herself, and explained about his New Year's Eve crash. Unless Scott's girlfriend is from a different town, I got her info just from Googling her name. He would have had a pm from me at that time, but i guess they decided I wasn't a priority and I didn't get any sort of refund like a few other people did.

So get this. I tried to call Scott a few times, and could never get him. Left him a voicemail with my phone number and even gave him my paypal account info AGAIN in case he didn't wanna talk to me at all. Nothing. Last night I left a voicemail and told him to call me, cause the next step was going through a collection agency, which I didn't want to do. Awhile later I got a two part text from Scott. Here it is, verbatim, posted with Billy's approval:
Working 18 hour days. Plus I didn't have your papal til last night. The more you bugme the less ill do. Enjoy the cutouts you polly got. I'll take care of it. It's actually costing me money to get you off my back after send you cutouts. Thats a first I must say.
Interesting he went from unable to walk to working 18 hour days in 12 weeks. So I replied...
Wow. You had my paypal 3 weeks ago when I called you and you said it wouldn't be a problem to pay me back in a week or two. Search my name on pt and tech if you're questioning my character. Glad your rehab was successful.
Then he said...
Sure was. I wire panels all day long. Send me your pay pal and ill try to get it To you on Friday on my day off. And you kept telling me it would be in my recent history. Which nothing at all is in. Just give me your paypal and back off me.
So I guess Mister Scott hasn't figured out how to search his Paypal history any older than the current month. And he seems to think I'm just trying to be his friend, but have to make up a big story about not receiving parts he sent me as an icebreaker. Good grief.
I wouldn't have bothered dealing with him if everyone who'd had crappy dealings with him would have used the trader rating. He was at 3 until I knocked it down to 2. If everyone who'd had a questionable transaction with him had used the trader rating, I wouldn't have bothered. I just thought it was a good deal. Ha! So use the trader rating folks.

Either Scott's quite inept with "papal", or he didn't "try" to get me my money on his day off like he'd promised. Nothing. So I talked to the voicemails of a few collection agencies this morning. (Do they not work weekends or am I getting blown off by them too?) Then I tried to call Scott one more time. He picked up, but anytime I said anything, he'd just repeat, "Hello?", pretending not to hear me. After he hung up, I called again and it went right to voicemail.
I've given up on Scott willingly handing over the money for the cutouts that never got sent. I've been robbed. I sure hope a professional can get me some satisfaction.

Well, Owen continues to get the run-around from Scott, so he's contacted the authorities and is going to handle it that way. At this point I'm going to lock down this thread as nothing more constructive can come out of it, and it's probably in Owen's best interests that we put this to bed. If, when all is said and done, Owen gets this rectified and decides he'd like to share the outcome, he'll pm me and I'll re-open the thread for him.
Cheers
