I agree but banning him will do no good and make it even more difficult for people to get their money back.

 

Sounds a bit like an arrogant **** also, thanks for the heads up, hope you get refunded as you have also invested a good bit of time in this it appears.

 

UPDATE! Still nothing I got a pm from him last weekend asking what my paypal address was, so that got me excited, but then nothing... I shot him a text yesterday, no way of knowing if he got it though I guess. I've been busy with the Olds all week, and I also have a wife and son who seem to like me spending time with them, so I haven't actually called him yet. I'll probably have to call tonight though, there's no good excuse anymore unless he's crashed another vehicle or something.

I tried to call him last night, but just got his voicemail. He hasn't tried to get back to me. What do you guys think about this? His girlfriend refunded a few guys some money back in January, so I guess she has access to his paypal account. I'm pretty sure I have all her info. Would it be out of line to call her and ask if she can do anything about it? I'm pretty sure she lives with her parents. I'd like to get paid without bringing a bill collector into it, but I don't know if going through his chick is ethical or not, not to mention if that would legally be harassing or something like that. Any thoughts?

 

I would prob call this a loss.. Seems he is just making BS reasons why he can not pay you, or give you a excuse when he does talk to you, to make you feel better.. It is really fucked up that some people are like this... No reason to bring the Gf in on it.. It will prob be a waste of your time.. Hopefully the POS see's this thread, if he had a tiny bit of ***** would make things rite with you over this situation...
