I was in town the other day and a 2nd Gen. Lightning setting at a stop sign sounded like it revved at me, but it was pretty loud. And I know the truck is bone stock so an aftermarket exhaust is out of the question. I don't know, maybe it was someone else revving and I just happen to look his way?

 

Not what I'd call loud, no, but they're louder than most stock systems, simply because of the short length.

 

+1........there not that lould.....but just a muffler swap is a night and day difference!!!

 

Throw on some Bassani hi-flow midpipes and a catback.... setting off car alarms on both sides of the street becomes easy.

 

I know that feeling LOL.
