Nice surprise when pullin plugs!!
#1
The road leaving my house is covered in dirt from dump trucks driving up and down my road. So when I left my house, I got on her a little for like 5 seconds. When I let off, the engine just starting jumping up and down. I went back to my house, put it in neutral, and it sounded like it was running on 6 cylinders. After running for about 20 seconds it died. When I tried to restart it, it took about 6 seconds, and ran like crap. I just pulled the plugs, and here is what I found on the driver side 2nd cylinder from the back.

Sorry to see that, looks like detonation spatters on the sparkplug. How much boost are you running, you may be running to lean and need to raise your octane, or pull some timing out. Hope its not as bad as it looks, good luck.

OrlandoFL4.8: I am only running 12 lbs of boost. I had a pretty safe tune. I am prayin for the best, and preparing for the worst. If I gotta rip it apart to rebuilt it, I'm gonna strengthen up the bottom end, cam it, and port the blower!

Well. I guess the compression in all of the other cylinders was around 160, and that one is at 90. We are going to pull the motor some time this week and see how bad it is. I will be sure to post some pics of the carnage. Time to build the **** out of her!!
