if not i am building the motor for my 05 and slapping a small 76mm on it


any other turbo L owners in the house?

I saw one over here in Tampa at Blue Oval. It was being tuned and damn was it nasty. It was larger than a T76, but I cant remember what exactly. I do remember that it was making a bit over 800 though at least that is what they said.

Id bieleve it you can get so much more boost from a big turbo.

What all is involved in making the swap from the supercharger to a turbo. Do you swap intakes?

You could actually use the stock Eaton as an intake. I've seen the snout removed and the rotors taken out. They just used the hollow case and sealed it off. Cheap way to go. I would go with a fabbed intake though. The blower case looks like **** all blocked and sealed off.

I have a Turbo kit on order for mine. Swapping from the KB to a T76. The kit also supplies a sheetmetal intake to replace the blower. Cannot wait until they're done with it!

You'll need to contact the guys who make the kit. They have a pic of the Cobra version but haven't completed the Lightning one yet.
