Default will the LS6 cam fit??

I see that the LS6 stock cam is the biggest will it bolt in the LM7 and what else is needed IE.. springs and or pushrods I can get the stock parts cheaper than aftermarket stuff so I'd like to stick with stock.

u should do rods and springs with it. A converter I dont think is necessary for that cam but a small one might make it feel better

For the cam you would need springs at a minimum. Pushrods would be nice but not .completely necessary. If you drop in a 6.0 you will need a tune for a 6.0, either buy getting the ECU or have someone flash one into your ECU.
