Default whats a Healthy CAM more wild side DD..??

Need some cam recomendations for my new setup:

6.0 lq9
Ls3 or l92 heads shaved .015 for a 11.1 compressiin ratio
Ls7 lifters
Cai and longtubes with full exhaust
Carb l92 intake single high rise but going to add injectors, rails, afpr. 90* elbow with 102mm tb
4l80e tranny with 3600 stall and 3.73 gears on 265/50/20

The truck Tahoe. Never tows and has a bunch of weight reduction. Daily driver, time to do a freshenup of top for more power.

So I need a pretty stout cam as I so like to play. And thus going l92 route I need power in mid and top side.

I run a stupid big-cam and I'm considering going smaller because it's my DD. It has good manners and pulls like a freight train but I think I can pick up a bit under the curve with a smaller cam. Mine is an Advanced Inductions custom grind. My advice, stay 232 or smaller buddy.

LQ9 with shaved l92/ls3 heads will definately limit your cam size. especially when paired with the low LSA/ICL that single plane intakes seem to like. PTV clearance will be pretty tight with a good size cam.

Not thinkinking anything big by any means. But ridiculous mid to top comes to mind. I was more thinkin 228 range but I want to hear some input. Ill have to get 1 speced. But I need under curve power too I want it enjoyable

DTR's cam will never work unless you work the pistons lol

231/239 i found to be a perfect cam but with a different intake i was maxed out with this cam with .621 lift.. you really need to get a cam specked out for your setup, there's to much involved to play a guessing game!

stay in the 232/238 range if youre gonna spray a little juice

I have a 231/239 114+2 .600" lift cam sitting in my short block right now if you want to pick it up. I would run a 3200 stall converter with it at least.
