shorty header with a 10 over bore and lq9 heads with 6.0 cam it’s on a 1999 Chevy Silverado guessing the 5.3L engine

 

Under 300 at the crank

That thing has like 8.5:1 comp right now

 

Stock 5.3 for that year was 270 crankshaft HP, so my entry in this raffle is under 250 at the crank.

 

Considering the heads would have dropped the compression to like 8.5-1 the power is gonna be pretty low. The shorty headers added no power, the over bore may have added 3hp, the LQ9 cam maybe added 10hp. I would say Mikes estimate if 250 is pretty damn close. Who thought that combo was a good idea?

 

As others have posted that combo is gonna be anemic. It's an odd combination, you sure It's a 5.3 instead of a 6.0? If it easily fries the tires without power-breaking... it very well could be a 6 liter.
