Default TR Blower Cam w/ Radix

214/230 .601/.575 117 lsa

in a 5.3, opinions?

I would like to get the 112HH, 3000 stall, longtubes, and all the other stuff to make 500/500 if possible (after I graduate in May )

Just wonder which way I should go if I am able to get a cam for Christmas.

My other option I am looking at is a GT2-3, but I want to get everything out of the set up I can

i will say that the gt2-3 is a proven performer in the 5.3/radix combo

I know that, and that is why I am debating so hard. It would be cheaper too. BUT, considering my goal, I was wondering if this cam would make any more power???

I would like some technical input of why it might be the better choice. I know the GT2-3 cam is made for the Cali boys. I am not so conservative and I live in Texas where everything is big.

I like the bigger intake duration...you don't need 207 with a 3000 rpm converter, that's more for stock or 2600 range. I also like the bigger lift on the intake side...I say go for it. What springs are you going to use?

Double springs are the only way to go with titanium retainers.

Id say be unique and get a custom grind. I could buy a TR220 to make me hit 12s but then again, i can get a custom grind and be unique. Cmon Brandon....Dont be a conformist. JFWY
