Default remove broken easy out from head

Finishing up rebuilding my 5.3 engine and I got all the broken studs removed, then on the last stud the easy out snapped inside of the bolt. It broke below the surface of the head, and I cant get another hole drilled. It jumps around and I don't want to damage the threads. None of the stud is sticking out, so I can't weld a nut to it to remove it.

Anyone have any ideas?

Put a nut on top and weld in the middle of the nut to the stud. Its very easy if the engine is out of the truck. The weld will not stick to the aluminum head.

Or find someone with an EDM Drill or EDM Sinker.

dude easy outs are some hard metal. try using a rotary tool to get you a drill hole started, use some cutting fluid for drill bits and a titanium drill bit and go slow, cobalt bit at the very least.
