It depends on the tensile strengh the 180,000 psi are only good for a 2 or 3 streches the ones over 200,000 psi can be used more times.

I've always been under the impression rod bolts are a one time use due to the whole stretching thing upon install. But hey, I'm not an engine builder by trader, so what I've heard could def be wrong.

ARP should have some specs for the max amount of strech allowed for a fastener that can be reused.

You'll throw away NEW roller rockers but try to sell Used Rod bolts?

Technically, you are supposed to measure the length with mic's when you take them out of the package and keep a log on how much they've stretched. They have a maximum stretch until you need to throw them away.

Personally, i've re-torqued some several times and never had any failures and i've never checked length. It is something I wouldnt' worry about until after may 4+ torqings. And that really would depend on the power output of the engine.

Those sound like the 220,000 psi tensile strength Pro Series variety according to the ARP website.
