I have a question about my Clearence on my 04 5.3 currently running milled .030 799 heads with a .051 head gasket and a xr259hr cam. Specs on cam are 206/212 .515/.522. I have to replace the lifters so I am gonna run some .036 gaskets and wanna run some accelerated lift 1.8 rockers. What is everyone's thoughts on this. I will check it but was getting some opinions before I buy the rockers.

 

You will probably be fine, but I would check. FWIW, I'm running 0.561" lift with heads milled 0.022" and 0.051" gaskets, 212 duration. Duration has a lot to do with PTV clearance also.
