Default PRC 220cc 5.3L Stage 2.5 CNC Ported Heads

ok so the other day i got my hands on a set of 243 stock heads. but know ive been reading some threads on PRC 5.3 stage 2 heads and see ppl are loving them. Obviously the TSP heads will flow better hands down! but if i get my 243 milled .030 and port and polished will they preform close to the stage 2's? or should i just get a set of the TSP heads? im just trying to get 400wrhp

I agree, Richard is the man, I've had the pleasure of speaking with him numerous times and I always hang up the phone a wiser man than when I started Great customer service and a top notch CNC program...can't say enough good things about WCCH

I agree with skeet, I'm sending my 243's off to one of the board sponsors to get cnc'd.

i would Love to get my 243’s done by Richard and WCCH only problem is shipping here from Canada is so slow. I ordered Autocal from Charlie about 2 half weeks ago and it’s still going through customs and its going to take at least another week to get here. So three weeks just from Texas to me one way. Now it’s takes even longer from Canada to the states. So for the time it takes them to get to Richard and him to get them worked and shipped back to me 6-8weeks maybe longer. Or I could just buy the TSP heads and wait 2-3 weeks. Kinda in this time issue work has been crazy and no time to turn a wrench for myself.

Yuk, yea, I've shipped stuff to Canada, what a PITA...just for two electrical connectors. Well, if time is a factor, then you gotta do what you gotta do

Why don't you order a done set and sent your cores back... He is a stand up guy and he will refund the core charge when they do finally get there.
