Default NNBS dod 6.0 swap to 01 SS ???

I have the newer style 6.0 I am putting in a 01 SS camaro. I know I have to deal with a few things to make the switch? What is the best way to swap over. I have all the old parts for the gen 3 engine so I can use all of that I can. Thanks for any input guys!

Block is stripped down and has new cam bearings as of now.

Are you using the NNBS 58x crank or swapping the wheel to a 24x?
If not then get the lingenfelter 58x conversion box and run the original 58x crank
The cam sensor is up front, so you'll need the front cover, the cam sensor that goes in the cover and the LS2 cam gear . . . get the extension harness, or extend the wires yourself
The knock sensors are on the side of the block. You're better off getting the adapter harness that goes from the rear of the engine to the sides of the block instead

If anything, use the old crank from the GEN3 engine. That's the only part that I would transfer/get machined again to work on the new engine.

Thanks guys! We are using a K1 crank so the 24x part is solved . The front cover/cam sensor and knock sensor was my main concern. Anybody make plug n play cam and knock sensor conversion harnesses? Trying to keep this build very clean. THANKS!
