i have a high flow from tsp, it works really good. i would look into the connection on the pressure sending unit and possibly put a new one in there. they've been know to go bad, fairly common. also my friends truck did this after the swap and i reached back there and wiggled it and it started reading.

What about the o-ring for the pump pickup tube, there are 2 different o-rings available, and one doesn't seal well. I believe that the o-rings are blue and red, and the red one is the one you want...hopefully someone can confirm or correct this info

*EDIT* but first I would check the connection to the oil pressure sender...
