Default New build 5.3 base or 6.0

ok guys im going to be building a motor so which is the best to start off with. how much can a 6.0 take stock? the plans are HCI and a front mount. more than likely im not gonna use either ones stock intake. so its basically gonna be which has the better heads/block. and where can i find dtroker kits for a 5.3 or 6.0 truck? seems like the only ones i can find are for ls1 cars. are the rotating assemblies the same?

go with 6.0 block. ls1 rotating are the same for the trucks. sdpc seems to be one of the cheapest to get. just check out the different sponsors.
