n/a 6.0 build questions
#11
If you want to make real big power building a 408 is you best bet! A simple 408 build should make you 450-500 at the wheels. I am stroking my 6.0 this winter. Hoping to start in about a month! Stock the 6.0 will make you some good power but if you want to really build an engine then you need to stroke it!

I'd agree with the Trick Flow or AFR thing, if you can hack the price they are worth it. It is tough to beat the price of the TSP heads though. As for cam, what are the specific's.

future mods- built tranny, yank or circle d 3000-3200 stall, big tranny cooler, detroit tru trac and gears, and of course a built 6.0 and eventually a little wet shot

Don't get screwed like I did and buy a 99-00 6.0 block with the longer crank flange! Then you will have to have Yank build you a $$$ converter and run a '00 2500 HD flex plate like I'm doing.
