Yeah, my chick did my second cam swap. I just did the springs and cried at all the air leaking by the #7 rings. She's a keeper.

I'm slowly getting all the little crap taken care of. I still need to build a scoop for my intercooler since I mounted it horizontally and I need to get my meth kit working again. I also want to change out the wastegate spring so I can start cranking up the boost (would like to run 14psi at the track), and take it to a dyno and spend a couple hours on the tune. I'll probably wait till it cools down a little bit for some track runs, which should give me plenty of time to get the rest of that stuff taken care of.

I did get my new BOV installed, I really like the TiAL 50mm unit that I'm running now.

Just got off the phone with JGS too, ordered my wastegate spring

Is it sad that I've gotten to the point where I think a $250-300 part is cheap?

It is nice to get new parts, but it sucks when it comes time to pay the credit card bill....

I haven't adjusted my bung hole yet...need to find the right fitting for the new oil pan and find someone local who can weld aluminum. I will post an announcement about my newly adjusted bunghole as soon as I get er done though

The smoking is very intermittent now. I will notice it maybe once every 3-4 days or so, must be a certain set of circumstances that makes it happen.

After about 800 miles I have not noticed a drop in the oil level, so it seems to be an insignificant amount that is being burned.
