Mild 6.2 l9h stock converter cam choice

^right. it takes quite a while. Most will just fine a tune, copy and paste. Ive spent days with them before, and in the end could have spent way less time and seen the same gains or normally better with just a regular std cam.

I’m not worried about the tuning, is there a better cam for my daily driver or is this close enough to make a 50 HP jump with minimal pain in the ***?

Going non vvt with the tsp stg2 high lift will get you 50 ponies at least. Made 62 on a 5.3l. Stg3 would get you a bit more but idk if it would lose any bottom end or not since i dont have a dyno comparo for it. The rect port heads would benefit quite a bit more from the high lift and feed that hungry 6.2.

Circling back to this, I haven’t installed this cam yet and I was wondering your thoughts on if this would work well with a supercharger. I can get a great deal on an Edlebrock supercharger kit through one of my distributors. Thoughts?

That cam should work great in a 6.2
Keep vvt if you can, with it dialed in it's better than non vvt.
Should work pretty good with the blower too.
You're going to need a really good tuner to put them together though. If you need to do a mail order tune get with richard, goes by Atomic here on performance trucks and here is his website
