Default mild cam choice for rebuild 6L?

Im rebuilding my 6.0 in my 2500HD i want a slight performance gain putting me in the 400hp+ area the motors bored .030 over with new pistons rings and valvetrain with 1.75rockers. The motor has the usuall bolt ons coldair headers exaust fans etc. I just want semi mild cam with good lowend torque and power without it dying out in the mid/high end I also need to keep decent if not better fuel economy because this is my daily driver.
I found comp cams
206/212 @.050 LCA 112 and also a 212/216@.050 with LCA 115 which if any would be recommended.

get the comp cams 212/218 with the high lift...that little cam makes some good torque in that big motor

Definitely a good choice for a nice upgrade in a 6.0, you can run the factory converter also. If you wanted to go a little bigger check out the Vinci Trucker (216/224 .551/.551 115), that's the cam I have for my LQ9 if I ever get enough cash to get it together lol. I'd recommend a mild converter with that cam though, a nice 2600 stall would compliment it nicely.

Ok thanks guys the high lift would probably benifit with the 1.75rockers anyway huh.
On the comp cam 212/218 high lift wats the lca on that i see that comp offers a similar grind with a 114 and 115 im guessin u mean the 115 right? Also if tuned right that cam should produce a nice idle? only because bumper to bumper traffic sucks in orlando

I would go a little higher than a 212/218 in a 6.0 engine, unless you want to tow heavy loads with it.

I have this cam in my 5.3 and from my SOTP it's the same as stock in the bottom end, it starts pulling at around 2500 all the way to 6300. It's the perfect powerband in a DD 5.3, and in a 6.0 it should be a torque monster.

I'd think something around 216/220 or 220/220 for a 6.0
