Default Max lift on a stock 5.3?(and cam size ?s)

Im looking to run the PP 232/230 .580/.580 110lsa cam...(also going to be carbed so no worries on computer tuning...)

just wondering if PTV clearance will be an issue, if anyone else has tried a cam that large...

The convertor/rear gears will be far from stock, this is going in my 62 Nova...
Ill probably run a TH350, with a 3800-4200 stall, and 3.73s-4.11s...

Private message "flyer" to my knowledge he has the largest cam in a 5.3 or do a search for his latests posts on his engine and maybe he has the specs listed.

Fenderwell exit headers
Just trying to get the most out of a stock 5.3 longblock(without going solid/flycutting, etc), ***** to the wall.
