Default LY6 402 LS3 CNC Heads and Cam

Hi, please your opinion about my new LY6 Stroker

My current set up consist of:

6.0 LY6 - LS3 CNC heads, Arp Studs (Bottom stock)
Comp Cams 156-403 222/236 114LSA
T56 tranny + D20 Transfer Case
D44 Front - F9 Rear
340 Aeromotive in tank & 30# injectors
4.11 Gears - Detroit rear locker
Wrangler TJ 1999


If I go 402 I will

TSP 402 C.I.D. LY6 Rotating Assembly with optional Lunati forged crankshaft and connecting rod
LS3 CNC heads (pushrod, valve and springs stock)
Wiseco pistons -20cc dish
Manley Pro-Flo Oil Pumps
340 Aeromotive in tank & 72# injectors
RC 9,25:1
HpTuner tune in home

Looks like a solid plan. If there are no plans for boost in the future I would shoot for a buy more compression. The stock engines run on 87 octane just fine at 9.5-10:1 compression and if you have good higher octane fuel you may be able to go a bit higher than that.

We have 97 octane but with compression over 9.5:1 we have problems exhaust temperatura control. I climb up on sand hills by 400 to 700 meters on Atacama Desert
My plan the next year is go for boost(sure change RC 8.0:1 aprox)

Yeah, I don't think high compression will like that heat or hill grade lol

Hi, I installed the stroker with the new camshaft and GM VVT phaser limiter, but this cam has ICL 111(LSA114) and I used phaser with limiter nothing else, so I“m looking for a timing set to correct cam perfect instalation.
