Default Help picking cam

So far on my build i have some 1 3/4 headers, ported and polished 862 heads with some pac1219 springs. All i need is my cam but im not sure what cam to get. Im looking for a cam that will make power on the low end through mid range and some high end. Not really looking for cams that lose low end for high end. I never tow. Im looking at 212/218 or 216/220 either the high lift or low lift from tsp. What would be best for me? The high or low lift?

What size tires, what gears and trans/converter matter as well.

I have a 212/218 @ 111 if interested. I’d let it go cheaper than new.

Of the two, get the 212/218 if low and mid-range are your main concern. It'll pull pretty good up top too (peaking just past 6000rpm).

Stock valve size or upgraded to 2" valves, any flow bench numbers after the head work?

Not sure you'd gain much more with those heads and the .600 lift. cam. The low lift .550" cam with the PAC 1218's (good for .600") would probably be the better choice. The valvetrain would be more stable with less spring pressure and the springs would have a longer life span.

Yes it has the 2 inch valves in the head. And it's milled 3 thousands. No bench numbers. I got the pac1219's did i get the wrong springs?
