Naw, I think they are better too, just don't the bolts used are the problem..

The stock deck surfaces are already so thin that they warp under high cylinder pressures, which you then made thinner by having them milled. I'd go with a set of aftermarket heads if you're really worried about it (Dart, AFR, etc all have thicker decks and don't warp as easily).
