Default Gen IV engine heads

I am I able to use a set of 862 heads off a 2002 5.3L engine on an 4.8L 2008 engine? I know the 5.3L & the 4.8L have the same bore. But I can’t seem to find any info on if there would any differences in the heads from 2002 to 2008. Is there something that changed on the Gen IV that would make them different. Any help is much appreciated.
