Default gen 3 to gen 4 engine upgrade

I have a great parts source for low miles engines out of wrecked cars.

I just purchased a 6.0l Lq9 from an escalade for a 408 build.

Then I got a call. I might be able to grab a ls7 for fairly cheap. What would be involved in swapping this short block only into my 03 silverado ss

I would much rather swap a few things then start a complete built from scratch. I wanted to cam it and drop my ported 243 heads on it and be done.

I have read is just a knock sensor adapter and crank reluctor wheel adapter. Am I right or is this to simplified.

You want to put 243 heads on a LS7?? lol

First problem to address is what to do with the dry sump system on the LS7?
