Default Custom head gasket thickness?

Anyone know where I can get some custom MLS head gaskets? My pistons are .007 out of the hole and I want .040 quench so I'd be looking for a .047 gasket.

12589226 for 4.8/5.3 bore
12622033 for 6.0/6.2 bore

.051 compressed. Unless you really want that 1/10 of an increased compression, I don't know where to get something else.

I think trick flow has .040 or .045 Mls in 3.910 bore. Of course there is cometic in .030,.036,.040,.051 I believe
