Default Crank Strength Question 5.3 vs 5.7

Before anyone comes in here and says "bUt ThEy ArE tHe SaMe?!?!"

They aren't

LS1/LS6 cranks are gun drilled (aka lighter and hollow). In anyone's 25yr experience with LS's, has there been a discernible difference in torque capacity between a "solid" 5.3/6.0 crank vs the gun drilled 5.7? I weighed a gen4 6.0 crank vs the 5.7 crank and there is about a 2lb difference. Does that missing material mean I can't push 600-700 thru a drilled crank in a truck?
