Cleaning deck surface for head gasket.. Is this clean enough?

I think i'm gonna go through it all just a little more tonight. Having a small air compressor is killing me haha still alot better than by hand.

Brake clean, razor, scotchbrite. Never had any problems. Have used the 3m pads as well when available, and they are nice.

give it one more with a scotchbrite pad with some some wd40 as lube. i have an 80 gallon compressor so the roloc pads work perfect. i never liked using razos. i feeel like the catch and nick stuff up.

i'm in humble if you feel like loading it up and driving over to use my big compressor.

Lacquer thinner, red scotch brite pad and a tooth brush.

I used a razor, WD40, and brake cleaner, twice, and it worked both times. It was no where near as pretty and shiny as in some of the pictures above, but the surface was smooth was flat, and that's what you want.

I use the 3m green pads with penetrating oil on them...does a great job, does less damage, and lasts longer
