Default clean heads?

just bought some used heads. i'd like to clean them up a bit before putting them on the truck. would it be safe to use seafoam on a rag, or what would be a better option?

Throttle body cleaner or brake clean would work for most of the stuff. I don't know about the seafoam...

Starting fluid works pretty good aswell thats what I always use.
