Default Chamber size

I have a question about chamber size and piston dish for a boosted application. My question is, is it better to go with heads that have a bigger chamber and use pistons with little or no dish, or is it better to go with smaller chambered heads and use pistons with more dish? Or does it make any difference? I ask this because I have a set of 317 heads and a set of 243 heads that I can use for this build. If there's no real difference, I'd assume the 243 head would be a better choice, given the better flow numbers.

At least on NA engines, the larger chamber and flattop piston with zero deck is going to be more efficient. Fuel distribution/flame travel is going to be more uniform across a flattop piston, assuming you have good quench between piston and head and enough octane for the compression.
